Prayer Requests
To God:
1- That He would be glorified through Maggie's life and our struggles.
2- That He will let Maggie live if she will have a life that will glorify Him, and that He will take her home if her life is not worth living.
3- That we won't have to make any hard decisions about Maggie's life. That He will take care of those things for us.
For Maggie:
- The ability to breathe. Her airway seems to be too small and her lungs aren't strong enough yet.
- Continued development of her brain
- The healing of the hole in her heart. It's not terribly unusual to have this hole, but her's is too large.
- Maggie is creating a LOT of secretions in her nose and mouth. This is an issue that adds to the stress she already faces with breathing. Please pray for a decrease in secretions.
- That her eyes would be opened.
For Joy and Me:
- Relief from the constant wonder of what could happen, and the ability to live each day to the fullest with our little girl
- The ability to show Christ and his love every day, despite our hurt and confusion
- Peace that surpasses all understanding
- The strength to grow closer to God instead of finding other ways to cope
- Rest
